What data do we collect?

Our Company collects the following data:

Personal Identification Information

e.g. name, email address and account information, telephone number, postal address, location, biometrics, Health Information protected under HIPAA, etc.

In particular, throughout our products, Our Company uses your Google Account Identity in order to Identify, Authenticate, and Authorize you via Google Cloud Platform and Google Workspace (i.e. GMail, Google Drive, etc.). Our Company also uses and stores Identifying Information via various additional sources when required by the you, the customer.

Tracking for Analytics, Diagnostics, and Security

Our Company monitors and may record any and all activity and communications on this website. These data may be used by Our Company for any purpose permitted by law.

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide Our Company with most of the data we collect.
We collect data and process data when you:

  • Register online or place an order for any of our products or services.
  • Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.
  • Use our web site, applications, and other systems, via various Client-side and Server-side storage mechanisms, including your browser’s cookies.
  • In-person consulting services are documented and stored in this integrated system.

Our Company may also receive your data indirectly from the following sources:

  • Google Cloud Platform and Google Workspace (formerly GSuite)
  • At Customer request, Our Company integrates data from alternative platforms, e.g.:
    GitHub, Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure and 365, Facebook APIs, Apple iCloud, Intuit, etc.
  • Customer-provided resources, e.g.: archives and legacy content, systems and storage, interviews and other communications, authorized third-party Data Controllers and Data Processors, etc.
  • When facsimile is necessary, Our Company uses SRFax to process all incoming and outbound facsimiles.

How will we use your data?

Our Company collects your data so that we can:

  • Process your orders and manage your account.
  • Contact (e.g. Email) you for informational purposes, which may include commercial content.
  • Provide custom functionality, tools, services.
  • Perform analytics and forensics for quality, security, and legal purposes.

If you agree, Our Company will share your data with our partner companies in order to utilize their products and services.

  • Google is our primary Data Processor. All data and communications are sent through and stored on Google's secure infrastructure.
  • Our Company, as Data Controller, has entered agreements with Google.

    For HIPAA compliance: Google Compliance Amendments
  • At Customer request, Our Company integrates data from alternative platforms, e.g.:
    GitHub, Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure and 365, Facebook APIs, Apple iCloud, Intuit, etc.
  • When Our Company processes your order, it may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.

How do we store your data?

Our Company stores your data securely in the Google Cloud Platform. The platform encrypts interactions in-transit and stored data at-rest: Google Cloud Security. Additional integrations are available if clients require supplementary layers of cryptography (e.g. in-situ).

Our Company endeavors to retain all valid, relevant data indefinitely. We may occasionally purge data determined to be invalid or deemed insufficiently relevant, in particular to prevent exceededing sustainable resource allotment. We reserve the right to purge client data for any legal reason, unless you have a separate, explicit agreement with Our Company to store your data durably. Any data we store are subject to the underlying storage platform's data-durability policies.

Our Company deletes data by invoking the appropriate "Delete" interface for the respective storage service. All data removed in this manner are subject to the underlying storage platform's data-retention policies.

Marketing

At your request, Our Company may send you marketing information about products and services that we think you might like, offered by Our Company as well as others (e.g. our partner companies).

If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.

Our Company shares data with several marketing partners:
e.g.: Google, Amazon, Facebook, Yelp, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.

You have the right at any time to stop Our Company from contacting you for marketing purposes or using and sharing your data with our partners.

All direct marketing communication is administered via Google Groups.
